According to Missouri Gaming Commission director Gene McNary, 24/7 gambling in Missouri is quietly being discussed in some circles, but not publicly _ yet.

“We don’t have anything before us right now,” he said. “I think they would like it,” he said of casino operators.

The current rule allows round-the-clock gaming on weekends and holidays, and a maximum of 21 hours on weekdays.

With the change, some Missouri casinos might never close their doors.

Casinos would like to have that option, said Ameristar Kansas City executive Troy Stremming. But he cautioned not all best UK casino are likely to take full advantage, given added staffing costs and typically sparse crowds seen now during the weekday wee morning hours.

“It’s something we certainly would want to talk about,” said Stremming. “But the reality is we still are in the Midwest. They roll up the sidewalks at 11 p.m.”

LONDON (SHARECAST) - Casino to bingo gaming group Rank saw a small increase in like-for-like revenue in the 15 weeks to 14 December.

Revenue at Mecca Bingo was comparable to the same period a year earlier, with a 5% increase in spend per head offsetting a 5% decline in admissions.

The Spanish bingo clubs business continued to experience a difficult trading environment, and saw a 9% year-on-year decline in local currency. Admissions were down by 3% and spend per head was 6% lower.

The Grosvenor Casinos division saw like-for-like revenue growth of 4%, with spend per head up 16% while admissions were down 12% for all online casino sites.

The casino game online betting brand, Blue Square, increased like-for-like revenue by 1%, with income from the online bingo offering offsetting a decline in revenue from sports betting.

“Trading for the current financial year remains in line with market expectations,” the board said.

Using a scale called the Media Metrix measurement service, comScore found that one and a half million more US residents went to Internet gambling site in November than October. To put the sixteen million in perspective, all retail sites in the November start to holiday shopping season totalled just over nineteen million US visitors.

Advocates of the ban against best UK casino gambling have insisted the UIGEA is necessary to prevent underage gambling and to protect consumers. But the ban has apparently blocked almost no one, as the numbers of US online casino patrons are huge and growing.

All the prohibition has achieved are negative results. A black market has been created, with no regulation to guard consumers against fraud or identity theft. Children are not blocked by regulating software. Legitimate businesses leave the US market, while shady outfits harboring criminal activity, including money laundering, operate unchecked.

While the stated goals of the anti-online gambling faction may be noble, simple numbers indicate the ban is a dysfunctional method to reach those goals. Legalization and regulation of the Internet top online casino gaming industry would be a simpler program to achieve more notable results, including less burden on the US financial system.
